The House Upstairs accommodation is one-half of our large Victorian style house built in the 1920's. With a wrap-around porch along the front containing outdoor seating, it provides a classic way to end the day while winding down. The upstairs bedrooms contain a king bed in one room, and the other bedroom has two twin beds. There is a separate living room downstairs with a full sized futon and a mini-fridge, microwave, coffee maker and complimentary coffee/tea supplies. A full bath with separate tub and shower is located on the second floor, along with linens and towels. Equipped with an AC for each bedroom and the living room, there is also a 32 inch flat screen tv (over the air channels only) and free wi-fi. A large picnic table is located in yard area to the rear of the house. Gas grills are available for rental. Parking is next to the unit.

There is a connecting door to the other half of this house (House Downstairs) that may be unlocked and utilized for those large parties who wish to reserve the entire house.
