Weirs Beach Motel and Cottages is conveniently located on the edge of the Weirs Beach village area, within walking distance of the whole strip for shopping, dining, and activities, as well as beach day! While onsite, please enjoy our sparkling swimming pool, picnics at your picnic tables, a short stroll through the wooded trail, and wind down at the firepit area for sharing stories of the day and roasting marshmallows! We enjoy being your provider of accommodations while you enjoy everything the area has to offer.

POLICIES

​

• Early check-in - early check-in may be available for your stay for a fee of $20. Please call the office the morning of your arrival to see if this option is available!

• Late check-out - late 2 pm check-out may be available, based on availability, for a fee of $40. Please call the office to see if this option is available during your stay!

• Pets - we are pet friendly and our pet fee is $30 per night, for a maximum of 2 pets per room, 35 pound weight maximum per pet. Pets may not be left unattended in the rooms. There are some restrictions for dogs, based on size and breed, so please be aware before making your reservation. Dog breeds not allowed are Pit Bulls, Dobermans, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Chow-chows, Great Danes, Huskies, or any aggressive dogs. Vaccination requirements and leash rules apply, as well as waste pickup and disposal.

• Parking - parking for one vehicle per room is free. Additional vehicles and trailers will incur a parking fee of $20 per night, and parking passes are issued for all vehicles. If possible, please provide the number of vehicles you will have when making your reservation so we can issue the correct number of parking passes for your check-in.

• Cleaning fee - the houses, large cottages (2 bedrooms), and condos will have an added cleaning fee of $30, which is automatically added to the folio at reservation.

• Cots / air mattresses - available for rental for $20 per night.

• Gas grills - available for rental for $10 per night.

• Tax - The state of NH collects a lodging tax of 8.5% for every stay.

• Cancellation and Deposit Policy

  • Bike Week - reservations for stays during Bike Week are nonrefundable, and require a deposit of 50% at the time of reservation​

  • All other reservations (7 day stay or less) have a 30 day cancellation policy. A deposit of one night's stay is required at the time of reservation, and is not refundable if the reservation is cancelled within a 30 day window of arrival date. If the cancellation is made outside of the 30 day arrival window, the deposit is refunded, minus a cancellation fee of $30. The cancellation policy for 3rd party booking sites may vary from the property policies. Please review them carefully.
