The House Downstairs accommodation is one-half of our large Victorian style house from the 1920's. With a wrap-around porch along the front containing outdoor seating, it provides a classic way to end the day while winding down. One bedroom contains a full sized bed, and the other bedroom has a twin bed. There is a separate living room with a full sized futon and a large kitchen with full size refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee maker and complimentary coffee/tea supplies. A full bath (shower only) is conveniently located centrally in the unit, along with linens and towels. Equipped with an AC for each bedroom and the living room, there is also a 32 inch flat screen tv (over the air channels only) and free wi-fi. Gas grills are available for rental. Parking is next to the unit.

There is a connecting door to the other half of this house (House Upstairs) that may be unlocked and utilized for those large parties who wish to reserve the entire house.
