The Small House accommodation is one of two large Victorian style houses on the property from the 1920's. With a large mud-room along the front, it provides a perfect space to store those beach toys, wagons, hiking gear, etc. Containing two bedrooms, one bedroom has a queen bed, and the other bedroom has a double bed with an overhead twin bed. There is a separate living room with a queen sized sleeper and a large kitchen with full size refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee maker and complimentary coffee/tea supplies. A full bath (tub/shower combo) is conveniently located centrally in the unit, along with linens and towels. Equipped with an AC for each bedroom and the living room, there is also a 32 inch flat screen tv (over the air channels only) and free wi-fi. The highlight of this house is the rear deck with outdoor table and chairs for relaxing that looks right over the railroad track so you can enjoy the Winnipesaukee Scenic Train as it goes by. No worries, though - it does not run at night!! Gas grills are available for rental. Parking is in front of the unit.
