REFUND OF DEPOSIT
if request is made fifteen (15) days prior to

A TWO NIGHT MINIMUM is
required on Weekends and Holidays.
NO REFUNDS on early departures

PERSONAL CHECKS accepted for
advance reservation deposits. No personal checks at time of check-in. A valid MasterCard/Visa/Discover, or
$100.00 cash deposit must be presented at time of check in.
PARKING is limited to one
vehicle per room. State & license plate # .
Additional parking is
available for $10.00 per vehicle. State & license plate #
Trailers: Space is very
limited so please call to make arrangements for motorcycle and boat
trailers.
NO VISITORS will be allowed.
Property is for the exclusive use of registered guests.
PETS: We love pets, but in
consideration of the other guests, no pets of any kind are allowed.
If pets or visitors
are seen on property (without permission) you
will be asked to leave.
NON-SMOKING units available:
$50.00 fee will be charged if the unit has a smoke odor upon departure.
CRIBS & COTS : available by
reservation for $5.00 per night.
Children 12 and Under are FREE
CLEANING: $25.00 fee will be
assessed if units require additional cleaning.
A $5.00 fee will be charged
for each key not returned to the office.
QUIET HOURS: In consideration
of all guests, please observe quiet hours (10:00p.m. - 8:00a.m.)
POOL is
open 9:00 a.m. – 9:00 p.m. Please observe all posted rules and signs.
TOWELS:
Pool towels are for pool use
only. A $10.00 fee will be charged for each towel not returned to office. Unit Towels
should not be used for cleaning motorcycles, vehicles, etc.
