This house sleeps six and has two bedrooms, sleep sofa, fully appliance kitchen including dishwasher, full bath, combo living/dining room, A/C, heat, ceiling fan, front screened in porch, back deck with a table, umbrella and gas grill overlooking the pool. 

$1200.00 per week for 6 adults & $25 extra per week
for additional guests over 12 years of age.
$150 security deposit is required at time arrival.

Towel service is available for an additional $40.00 per week. There is no housekeeping.
 

Larger house #’s 24 & 25 

The larger house has 4 bedrooms, sleeps 9, two baths, small living room, full kitchen and farmer’s porch with swing. The first floor has a small living room, full kitchen, bedroom with a single bed and bedroom with two full size beds, 2 TV’s and a bath with separate shower.

Second floor has two bedrooms, one with a king size bed and the other with two twins and a full bath. 

$1275.00 per week for 9 adults & $25 extra per week
for additional guests over 12 years of age.
$150 security deposit is required at time arrival.

Daily towel service is available for an additional $60.00 per week. There is no housekeeping.

Large House #34 

This house has been completely remodeled.  There are 4 bedrooms, two baths, and three porches. 

The first floor has one bedroom with a queen-sized bed, living room, fully equipped kitchen including a dishwasher and 1 bath.

The second floor has three bedrooms, one with a king-sized bed and the other two have A-Frames (twin over full) and a full bath. 

$1350.00 per week for 9 adults & $25 extra per week
for additional guests over 12 years of age.
$150 security deposit is required at time arrival.

Daily towel service is available for an additional $60.00 per week. There is no housekeeping.  $150 security deposit is required at the time of arrival.
