This condo is located at the Village at Winnipesaukee, Unit 1016.  Located on Route 3, Building 10, last building on the left facing the lake.  It is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath that sleeps 8 people.  It has a walk out patio and yard that includes a picnic table and grill.  Close to pool and tennis courts.  Plenty of parking for boats and trailers and a few minutes walk to Weirs Beach and area attractions.

The condo has a fully equipped kitchen including microwave, coffee maker, pots, pans, dishes and utensils.  Bed linens and towels are included as is Cable TV, heat, and air conditioning.

$1200.00 per week plus 8% lodging tax for 8 people.
$150 security deposit is required at time arrival.
 

APARTMENT #33

This apartment is new and has 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, and a living room with 2 sleeper sofas.  The kitchen is fully-applianced including a dishwasher.  The master bedroom has a queen-sized bed.  The second bedroom has an A-frame bed with a full on the bottom and a twin on the top. 

$1200 for 6 Adults
$50 extra per week for each additional guest over 12 years of age.
$150 security deposit required at time of arrival
Towel service is available for an additional $50 per week
There is no housekeeping.
